Beautiful Day!

Today is a beautiful, wonderful day!! The sun is finally shining, hope the gray days of winter are over. It's no big secret to those who know me well that I LOVE cold weather but I do also love the sunshine.  So it is a welcome addition to the day today.  Also my thyroid has been in check for a couple of days now.  I had some heart palpatations earlier in the week but they have subsided and I feel much better.  I haven't had any joint pain for almost 2 weeks either so that nice too.  On a final, non related note my blogger friend had great news on her blog today as well.  Her son Mason is finally being released from the hospital. They have a long journey ahead but I they are such a strong family I'm sure they will make the best of it.
